葵青區議會議席出缺

署理民政事務總署署長4月9日刊登憲報，宣布葵青區議會（葵盛東鸷選區）議席出缺；選舉事務處安排補選。

荃灣裁判法院早前裁定，前葵青區議員梁廣昌因詐騙被判處監禁16個月，緩刑3年，罰款13萬元。

根據區議會條例第26（c）條，其議員席位2008年8月25日懸空。
